  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop of Perfectly Natural Nutrition protein of choice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. peppermint extract
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds


  1. Start by adding your liquid to the base of your blender.
  2. Next, add the banana, peppermint extract, and chia seeds.
  3. Add the protein powder, and blend.
