- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop of Perfectly Natural Nutrition protein of choice
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- Start by adding your liquid to the base of your blender.
- Next, add the banana, peppermint extract, and chia seeds.
- Add the protein powder, and blend.
- Enjoy right away.
