Ingredients

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 ½ frozen bananas
  • 1 scoop of Perfectly Natural Nutrition Natural flavor grass fed whey protein
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. molasses

Directions

  1. Start by adding your liquid to the base of your blender.
  2. Next, add the bananas, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, and molasses.
  3. Add the protein powder, and blend.
  4. Enjoy right away.
