- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 ½ frozen bananas
- 1 scoop of Perfectly Natural Nutrition Natural flavor grass fed whey protein
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. freshly grated ginger
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. molasses
- Start by adding your liquid to the base of your blender.
- Next, add the bananas, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, and molasses.
- Add the protein powder, and blend.
- Enjoy right away.
