Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 scoop of any flavor Perfectly Natural Whey or Perfectly Natural Organic Plant Protein
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup granola
  1. Simply place all of the ingredients minus the peanut butter, and granola into a food processor, and pulse until smooth. You don’t want to over blend here, as you still want the consistency of traditional oatmeal. Just blend enough to smooth out the clumps from the protein.
  2. Transfer the oats into a glass jar, and refrigerate overnight.
  3. The next morning, top your oats with peanut butter, and granola, and take as an on the go breakfast!
