- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop of Perfectly Natural Nutrition protein powder of choice
- 1 Tbsp. creamy natural peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. raw unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds
- Start by adding the milk to the base of a blender.
- Add in the remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth.
