  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop of Perfectly Natural Nutrition protein powder of choice
  • 1 Tbsp. creamy natural peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp. raw unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds


  1. Start by adding the milk to the base of a blender.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
