- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop of any flavor Perfectly Natural Balanced Meal
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 Tbsp. almond butter
- handful of fresh spinach
- Place all ingredients into the base of a blender in the order listed, and blend until smooth.
