  • 1 scoop of any flavor Perfectly Natural Balanced Meal
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp. almond butter
  • handful of fresh spinach


  1. Place all ingredients into the base of a blender in the order listed, and blend until smooth.
