Perfectly Natural Cookie Dough Shake

- 1 cup of unsweetened almond or cashew milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Perfectly Natural Whey or Perfectly Natural Organic Plant Protein
- 1 Tbsp. raw cashews
- 3 pitted dates
- 1 Tbsp. rolled oats (Soaked for 15 minutes before blending)
- 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. cacao nibs
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- (Optional) Soak the dates, rolled oats, and cashews for a couple of hours before blending for an even smoother protein shake.
- Place all ingredients into the base of a blender in the order listed, and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy right away.
