Perfectly Natural Cookie Dough Shake

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond or cashew milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Perfectly Natural Whey or Perfectly Natural Organic Plant Protein
  • 1 Tbsp. raw cashews
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1 Tbsp. rolled oats (Soaked for 15 minutes before blending)
  • 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. cacao nibs
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract


  1. (Optional) Soak the dates, rolled oats, and cashews for a couple of hours before blending for an even smoother protein shake.
  2. Place all ingredients into the base of a blender in the order listed, and blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy right away.
